Existing Resort recreation
An existing resort was purchased by our client Kences Construction and they envisaged to recreate this to a destination resort complementing the panoramic ocean view at the site. We redesigned the reception block with the banquet facility which was a large hall of 25,000 square feet, entirely column free. The existing villas were redesigned by adding verandahs that allowed access to the outdoor landscape and serenity.
